These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SMS messaging and automated front-desk services (the "Services") provided by N & P Digital Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, including by sending us a text message, you agree to these Terms.
The Services
We provide automated and assisted messaging services that respond to customer inquiries, qualify service requests, share scheduling information, and coordinate appointments on behalf of businesses.
SMS Messaging Terms
By contacting us or a business that uses our Services via text message, you agree to receive text messages in response to and in connection with your inquiry. Message frequency varies based on your interaction. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP. We support the following commands: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT to opt out; START to opt back in; and HELP or INFO for assistance.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Services only for lawful purposes related to legitimate service inquiries. You agree not to use the Services to transmit unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent content.
No Warranty
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delay or error, or that the Services will be uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, N & P Digital Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
